Welcome to my website that will show you what this company has to offer you. As you may know, for each county, Avery and Watauga, there are several ways to dispose of your household trash and other materials. You can go to your local container site and drop off your household trash. This is fine, but you are limited on what days you may dump. You also have to consider your busy schedule as well. Do you have time to run home after work and grab your trash and run back out the door so you can make it to the dump before they close for the day? You are also restricted as to what you may throw away. It is a bummer taking something to the dump, only to have the attendant approach you and say “you can’t dump that here.” So now at this point you are telling yourself, I do not have time to deal with this right now and you end up taking it back to your house until your next attempt. If you want to recycle, you have to go through and sort your glass and cans individually and deal with what ever remaining contents were inside. Not to mention run the risk of these funky contents spilling on the interior of your vehicle, trunk, or even yourself. If you are like me, my house hold garbage smells bad enough fresh, but after it has sat outside for a couple of days in the heat, I really dread putting it in my SUV. I, like many people with kids, have had to succumb to the world of station wagons, mini vans and SUV’s. You see more and more SUV’s on the road, not to mention mini vans these days. SUV’s and mini vans are nice and practical, but you can can’t separate yourself from the stink of rotten trash, like a car with a trunk. How about when you didn’t get a chance to get to the dump when they were open, and now you have to wait two days, and your trash is sitting outside, and the local gang of raccoons comes through and decides to make your bag of trash the local diner for the night. Now you have to go out and “pick up the pieces” so to speak, worry about germs, getting dirty, and having your dog get into what ever is left, and carry back into the house what you were trying to get out of it, in the first place. Now, lets talk about the things you can’t just take to the dump and throw away. What do you do with that old vacuum cleaner that doesn’t work taking up space in your house, or the old spare tire that doesn’t go to any car you own, or the dead car battery sitting in the corner of the garage? Maybe you have an old outdated computer collecting dust, a rusty bicycle sitting on the side of the house, or a rusty old car or car parts that you are never going to do anything with except wait for aliens to come down take it home for a history project. A storm may have come through and blown down some trees or branches, or maybe you have done some landscaping and have some brush laying around that you can’t burn and don’t know what to do with. At some point you eventually tell yourself one of two things: “I am really sick and tired of looking at this junk and wish it would just get out of my way or eyesight,” or “one day, I am going to haul this junk out of here and make some room for something else.” Either way, you want or need it gone. This is where my services come in. I have been there and done that with everything I have mentioned above, and then some. I could also go on and on about junk laying around the house that I need to get rid of as well. Are you ready? Here’s the pitch. I am offering weekly residential household trash pick up and disposal service along with recycling for a great price. Can you put a price on the aggravation of loading your re-bagged garbage that the raccoons got into the night before, into the back of your vehicle and getting to the dump only to find out they are closed because the attendant had to leave early? How about the price of that stain on the upholstery from what ever was in that beer bottle you thought was empty that fell over inside your car on the way to the dump? And to think you wanted to do good by taking that bottle to the dump to recycle it, but you are left asking yourself “is it worth it?” It is funny what you can put a price on. For household trash, I offer a weekly service and if you have a large household, I can come two times a week. Rates will vary if you need twice a week pick up. Because a different truck is involved for picking up recyclables, pick up will be only once a week or every other week depending on how much you consume. I encourage recycling, in fact, I will give a discount off of your monthly billing if you decide to recycle. I will supply you with a storage bin for glass and cans. I will sort everything when I take it to recycle it. All you have to do is please pour out any remaining contents and put it in your bin. For hauling off anything other than household trash, please contact me for a quote. Depending on what you have, will determine what kind of equipment I will need to use. Some items are hauled free of charge, while others will be billed by time and weight. On a final note, I would like to thank you for taking the time to visit my site and read about my services and what I have to offer. If you are interested in weekly garbage service or just need an old appliance hauled off, call me. I have rates and billing information for monthly, quarterly and annually for household service. I also have online billing to where you do not even have to write a check. If you need any further assistance, please contact me and I will personally see to helping you. Thanks, Jake Franz |
